It's ok lah, the corruption. To me, it's a nuisance, and is annoying, but it won't cost me the business--I was paying far more in income taxes back in Singapore!

However, I have handed the cafe premises to another bunch of singaporeans, as I have moved to Siem Reap. So there is no more Bloom cafe, only Bloom bags now. I was over-extending myself and was exhausted running 2 businesses. I have learnt it's better to focus. We now have 2 shops, one in SR and one in PP.

Hope you will come back to visit azazura.

cheers
dianaDiana Sawhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14446054467095216782noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34932518.post-64784817717612130092007-11-27T18:44:00.000+07:002007-11-27T18:44:00.000+07:00What you have to put up with sigh...I ve been to C...What you have to put up with sigh...I ve been to Cambodia and always wanted to go back there, and of course looking at the state of the country obviously such behaviour and incidents are expected.I hope you stay strong and I think it is very nice of you to provide skill training and jobs for the locals.I saw women who are jobless doing all sort of things in Cambodia because there were no jobs for them .Kudos.CAO- Chef Azura othmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13908366639239510214noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34932518.post-34809508566140010062007-09-20T13:51:00.000+07:002007-09-20T13:51:00.000+07:00The frustration and the anger is being felt throug...The frustration and the anger is being felt throughout the country with this kind of behavior for the government officials. This kind of misdeed is putting everybody on their edge. However, remember those who mistreated others, they will be mistreated by someone else. I believe in karma. If you keep this in mind, perhaps it will calm you down and you can focus on doing good deeds to Cambodian people rather than bad ones like those men.kom lung khmerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17435310872027336398noreply@blogger.com
